Booker Flowers and Gifts will despatch your order on the day of receipt if placed before 12 noon Monday - Friday (with the exception on Bank Holidays), orders placed after 12 noon will be despatched the next working day with the exception of orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday which will be despatched the following Monday.
Delivery is £5.99 for any size parcel sent anywhere in the UK.
Delivery is either by 2 Day Carrier or 1st Class Royal Mail. Please note delivery to Northern Ireland and parts of Highlands takes 2/3 days.
This assumes the item is in stock - current stock quantities can be found on the details page of each product. If you choose to order more of an item than we have in stock, a member of staff will contact you to let you know an approximate timescale for delivery.
If you would like your item sent as a gift there is a place in the shopping cart for you to put a message to the recipient, which we will then put on a little card for you. Don't worry they wont see what you have spent, we will send the receipt to your invoice address.
Our customers also have the option of ordering and paying by phone - Call 0151 7244850 between the hours of 9-5.30 Monday - Saturday. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
You can combine any of our gift products with products from our floral offerings on http://www.bookerflowers.co.uk, for orders within Liverpool, however the transaction will have to be completed over the phone, by calling 0151 7244850 to make sure only one delivery charge is made.
Delivery outside the United Kingdom is possible however you will need to email email@example.com or call the shop on 0151 7244850 before placing the order to get an estimate for the postage cost. If you are happy with the cost of the postage we will then send you a PayPal invoice, once we have received payment we will then send out your item.
If an order has multiple delivery addresses there will be a delivery charge for each delivery address.
Please note: Deliveries to PO Box addresses will not be accepted.
You have a statutory right to cancel your order (in writing) within 7 working days from the date of delivery and receive a full refund for any purchase from our website. Please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days.
We would like you to be pleased with your purchase. If you wish to return an item that you have purchased from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition in its original undamaged packaging with your receipt and within 28 days.

We will then email you back with details on where to send the item to.
Once the items is back with us we will refund you using the method you paid us with.
If you are sending and item back ensure that all packaging used when returning the product is suitable. We cannot be held responsible for damage to a product whilst in transit if suitable packaging has not been used.

We will endeavour to respond to you in writing within 14 working days of receipt of correspondence to provide a timescale for resolution.
